The light roast was a particular joy, as I had never tasted it before, (and I have a difficult time even describing the taste), but it is nothing short of "oral ecstasy".... The Sun Burst Coffee I bought has gotten rave reviews from those I have served. You likely have received orders from some people who I gave your web address to. I'm anxious to see what this next move you are making is. I've made the same comparison you do--Better than Starbucks and not nearly as expensive and FRESH!

Hi Michael,
Just a quick note from the frozen north (Alaska) that my coffee has arrived (April 25th) the people at the post office said the smell was driving them crazy...I gave them another bag...and told them to order some...:} This order was REALLY fast...thanks ...I am enjoying the freshest, best tasting coffee in the world as we speak....

Thanks for the quick investigation and reply. I judge a company on a few simple principles:
1. Customer service
2. If a problem arises how quickly they respond
3. If they made a mistake are they willing to admit to it
4. What are they willing to do to rectify the problem
